All products come with a standard 1 year repair/replace warranty. Customers are required to pay shipping to send the item back for inspection and repair. If the item is found to be defective, not due to damage or mis-use, StyYLL will refund the customer for the return shipping and repair or replace the item at no cost to the customer.

Return Shipping Recommendation:

Purchase shipping insurance for the total price of the product, in case it is damaged while being shipped back to StyYLL.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
